operation

The team offers home visits aimed at relieving the person who is in distress as well as building or re-establishing a care network around the person. The first meeting takes place in the presence of the applicant and the user.
The care lasts two months and aims to relieve the crisis while supporting the user towards continuity of care. It should be noted that the service is not prepared to prescribe medication but that it can accompany the user towards this type of care if such is his request. This service is free and quadrilingual (Dutch, French, English, Arabic).
